MACHINE QUOTATIONS
We will gladly quote for your specialized hot tapping needs. The following is needed in determining the right
equipment:
- Hot tap size or sizes
- Main line pressure
- Type of fluid in main line
- Temperature of main line fluid
- Main pipeline material

- If tap is other than 90 degrees angle to main, please indicate angle
- Is primary use of equipment to be above ground within a structure, below ground or underwater?

HOT TAPPING EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Some equipment and machines are available for immediate shipment. If not in stock, we will manufacture for
your specific needs.
TERMS
We offer many models of machines and tailor equipment to specific customer needs, so stocking certain
machines is not always possible. Any "off the shelf items" require no machining deposit. Special order
items do require a machining deposit.
The Easy Tapper™ line of products were
first introduced in April, 1993 with the introduction of the Model XTC 1 Hot Tapping
machine. The original machine had a tapping range of 1" through 2" and
offered many great features, including portability, lightweight, saved time and money,
carrying case, built-in cutter alignment feature, side outlet for shavings removal,
standard drill operation, laminated operating instructions, safety in usage.
We now offer machines for: any hot tap size, pressure, temperature, or type of fluid.
Customer follow-up has indicated great customer approval.
GUARANTEE
All Easy Tapper™
products are warrented against manufacturing defects for a period
of one full year from time of purchase. Should any sort of
problem arise through normal use of the product, Easy Tapper will
repair or replace any or all components as needed at no additional

The XTC-1.7S spindle feed hot tapping machine. Rotating the spindle
applies forward pressure. The cutter is rotated by drill motor or ratchet. Tapping machines are available in a
